Responsibilities
- Highly adept in performing within high-pressure and deadline-driven environments, driving full sales lifecycles with focus on territory expansion.
- Analyze, review and identify customers' security concern and gaps, or overall security status
- Proactive to contact newly identified customers and to hunt for new leads
- Promote and determine security system solutions to new and existing customers' base and to upsell services and products
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Make sales presentations and site assessments
- Design and configure system solutions
- Prepare price proposals
- Partnership management (Vendors and Sub-contractors) and collaboration
- Monitoring sales results, trends and key performance indicators (KPI) for achieving annual sales targets determined by management
- Regional and / or international traveling may be required
Requirements
Qualifications in Security Systems Engineering / Engineering preferred2-3 years sales experience providing security systems solutions (CCTV, Door Access, Public Address etc.) or system integration solutionsSelf-motivated, highly-driven and results-orientedProven track record of sales achievements and networksA high level of presentation skillsAbility to work independently on most aspects of project tenderingAble to coordinate projects between the customer and project managerStrong customer relationship skillsDemonstrate initiative and creativity by originating, anticipating and implementing new ideasStrong problem-solving skills, ability to understand and identify key strategic issuesTeam player and a natural networkerCandidates with more years of experience shall be considered for Sales Manager roleRemuneration package includes salary, allowances and sales commissions.
