- Design and develop tailored and standard learning programmes that align with client needs, including training slides, learner / facilitator guides, and assessment plans.
- Facilitate training sessions for clients, ensuring quality delivery in line with Academy standards.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to prepare facilitators for programme delivery.
- Review and refine programmes based on feedback, evaluation scores, industry trends, and policy updates.
- Act as a subject matter expert during client engagements to recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Conduct learning needs analyses using interviews, surveys, focus groups, and other methods.
- Develop customised programme proposals and support client presentations and business development efforts.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education or Learning & Development.
- WSQ certifications :
Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or ACTA
Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or DACE
- At least 5 years of experience in L&D, curriculum design, and training delivery.
- Strong instructional design capabilities, especially for client-facing or revenue-generating programmes.
- Proven experience in designing training focused on service and operational excellence, ideally within financial services or operational sectors, with a solid grasp of industry processes and regulatory requirements.
