We're looking for a creative, disciplined, and charismatic Bar Manager to lead a world-class bar experience that is both theatrical and thoughtful. You will be responsible for crafting a cocktail program that surprises and delights, managing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional service that defines the spirit of our club.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Concept and Menu Development
- Lead the design and execution of seasonal, narrative-driven cocktail menus that reflect global trends, local ingredients, and storytelling.
- Collaborate with the programming team to create drink pairings for special events, themed nights, and salon talks.
- Introduce experimental techniques (fermentation, fat-washing, clarification, etc.) to elevate guest experience.
Collaboration & Events
Work with marketing and events teams to co-create bar activations, pop-ups, masterclasses, and collaborations with guest bartenders.Stay plugged into the cocktail scene and represent the club at trade events or awards when relevant.Inventory & Cost Management
Oversee procurement, stocktaking, and beverage cost control.Ensure all products are stored, handled, and presented with care and compliance.Track and analyze sales data to optimize pricing, margins, and bestsellers.Guest Experience
Deliver warm, intuitive, and memorable hospitality that exceeds expectations.Engage with members and guests to share stories behind the cocktails and create personal connections.Resolve issues gracefully and uphold the highest service standards.REQUIREMENTS :
A minimum of 2 years work experience in a sales & customer service-focused roleExcellent communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and a 'can do' attitudeStrong team playerMust be able to prioritize and multi-taskStrong proficiency in organization, problem-solving, and communicationFlexible to work occasional evenings and weekendsYOUR PERKS :
