Senior Marketing Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across key real estate projects. This role requires someone who can manage campaigns end-to-end, develop high-impact strategies, and lead cross-functional teams. Strong leadership and bilingual communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Lead marketing planning and execution for major real estate launches

Develop brand strategies and positioning to drive market share

Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective execution

Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff

Collaborate closely with sales, design, and external partners

Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis

Represent the company at industry events and media engagements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline

At least 5 years of solid experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate sector

Proven experience in campaign management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement

Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with regional clients and teams)

Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills

Confident, self-driven, and results-oriented

Able to thrive under pressure in a dynamic work environment
