We're looking for an Assistant Manager, Corporate Communications who's passionate about creating engaging narratives, fostering connections, and contributing to purposeful brand storytelling across platforms.

What you'll be doing

Collaborate closely with the Corporate Communications Manager to create and implement communication strategies that align with the company's objectives and values.
Lead the development of high-quality content across press releases, corporate statements, thought leadership, newsletters, social media, and other digital platforms.
Oversee branding content and signage within Kingsmen HQ, ensuring a consistent and cohesive visual presence.
Manage and support the execution of corporate events, partner activations, and key stakeholder engagements.
Strengthen and grow Kingsmen's online presence through proactive content planning, performance tracking, and community engagement.
Help shape internal communication, such as employee newsletters and announcements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging across different departments and projects

Who we are looking for

Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent

At least 5 years of relevant work experience in related roles

Strong writing skills and a knack for distilling complex ideas into clear, engaging content

Proficiency in communication tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, media monitoring tools, and design platforms (Canva)

Experience leading or mentoring junior team members

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise, pivot, and deliver under pressure

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams and senior stakeholders

Salary will be commensurate with candidate's working experience and qualifications.
