Preschool Centre Administrative Assistant - Bedok & Punggol

We're looking for a dedicated and nurturing Preschool Centre Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant team at SuperGenius Preschool. You'll help administrative tasks and hands-on duties within the centre. This role supports our exceptional Inspirers and plays a crucial part in the seamless operation of our campuses at Bedok and Punggol. Job Description & Responsibilities
- Manage financial tasks including petty cash handling, daily collections, and preparing reports on centre enrolment using our preschool management information system.
- Maintain student and teacher records on the ECDA CMS and One@ECDA portals, including reports on subsidies and infectious disease cases.
- Perform daily health checks and manage secure dismissals at the preschool entrance.
- Facilitate parent transactions for merchandise purchases including uniforms and school supplies.
- Oversee stock control and replenishment of essential supplies such as stationery and uniforms and school supplies.
- Provide classroom support and act as a substitute teacher during staff absences to ensure the continuity of our educational programmes.
- Address inquiries from parents and visitors, and assist with preschool registrations.
- Execute additional duties as required to support the ongoing needs of the centre.
Requirements :
Passionate about interacting with and caring for young children.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.Possession of a valid First-Aid certificate is preferred but not mandatory.Join Us :
