Job description

Responsibilities :

Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI models, including large language models (LLMs) and generative AI applications for text, image, and video generation.
Develop and optimize algorithms to enhance the performance and efficiency of generative AI models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing and new products.
Ensure adherence to ethical AI practices and compliance with security and privacy standards in all AI models and solutions.
Conduct in-depth research to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering growth and sharing technical expertise.

Requirements :

Experience : Minimum of 12 years in AI / ML development, with a strong focus on generative AI.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

Strong expertise in deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.

Cloud Platforms : Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and MLOps best practices.

Business Acumen : Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in developing ethical AI models and ensuring compliance with international AI regulations.

A strong publication record or contributions to open-source AI projects is a plus.
