Managed financial and management accounting tasks, including group reporting, tax compliance, standard costing, intercompany transactions, credit management, and accounts receivable. Compiled monthly financial reports for both the parent company and the ultimate holding entity. Ensured compliance with Group accounting standards and policies. Oversaw the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget. Coordinated with external auditors and tax consultants on year-end audits and tax filings. Designed and executed foreign exchange hedging strategies and managed treasury operations. Reviewed contractual agreements and worked with senior leadership to support business expansion strategies. Managed cash flow, expenses, and working capital to deliver timely and accurate profit & loss reporting. Established a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) system to enhance performance tracking through KPIs and actionable insights. Maintained professional relationships with external auditors and addressed audit observations and recommendations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance.At least 10 years of relevant experience in Audit, Finance or Finance Business Partnering. Proficient in financial consolidation with solid knowledge of IFRS and China GAAP. Prior experience in manufacturing sector. Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement in finance operations. Preferred experience in finance team supervision and leadership. Skilled in synthesizing and analyzing complex data under challenging conditions. Strategic mindset with adaptability in dynamic environments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
