Job descriptionUnderstand and promote TCM treatments, packages, and wellness products Provide personalized treatment recommendations based on clients' needs Follow up with potential and existing clients to close sales Meet monthly sales and conversion targets Educate clients on benefits and outcomes of TCM services Maintain a good relationship with clients to encourage retention and referrals At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or sales role (clinic / spa / healthcare background preferred) Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills Confident, motivated, and sales-driven personality Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients) Basic knowledge of TCM is an advantage (training will be provided) Willing to work weekends and public holidays if required
Key Responsibilities :
Reception Duties
- Greet and attend to walk-in clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle daily cash reconciliation
- Ensure the reception area and consultation rooms are clean and well-maintained
