Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Handle full sets of accounting.
  • Handle accounting data entry, bank reconciliation and day to day operations of accounting functions.
  • Maintenance of proper accounting records and filing system.
  • Prepare GST return.
  • Process payroll and arrange for internet fund transfer.
  • Able to provide assistance on timely management reporting, closing of month end account and annual audit.

Requirements :

  • A graduate with a Degree / Diploma in Accounting or ACCA equivalent.
  • Preferably with a least 1-year experience in handling accounts and finance.
  • Familiar with any established accounting software, preferably MYOB / XERO.
  • Computer literate and familiar with MS Office applications.
  • Detailed and meticulous in performing duties relevant to accounting, finance and administrative functions.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Capable in handling functions and other ad hoc assignments that may be assigned by the management.
