Job Description
We are looking for a people-centric and driven Senior / HR Executive to join our team in an in-house recruitment role. You will be part of the internal HR department, focusing on talent acquisition, onboarding, and recruitment operations to support our growing workforce needs.
Whether you're a fresh graduate from a top university or a seasoned recruitment consultant or sales professional with 2–3 years of experience, we welcome your application.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements
- Support general HR functions, including onboarding, documentation, and compliance with company policies
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
- Contribute to talent pipeline building and recruitment strategy
- Participate in business development activities and coordinate with clients where necessary
- Meet individual KPIs and contribute to a high-performing, team-based culture
Requirements :
