Key Responsibilities

  • Promptly address customer feedback and complaints.
  • Maintain adherence to company standards to increase sales and reduce expenses, such as cost of goods and labour.
  • Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage overall operations of the assigned outlet.
  • Securely process and bank all daily sales collections.
  • Ensure that personnel and payroll-related administrative duties are promptly followed up on.
  • Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards in the food service and dining areas.
  • Guarantee the consistency and quality of food offered to customers.
  • Handle recruitment, staff development, performance reviews, and disciplinary action to promote team stability and maintain order.
  • Craft staff rosters to satisfy operational needs.
  • Guide new hires through orientation and manage their training.
