What You’ll Do :

• Support the People / HR Team in daily operations and administrations
• Ensure the smooth process of onboarding / offboarding for new hires (office and store)
• Assist in maintaining the People & Talent google site
• Maintain all basic operations and functions of the office, including the maintenance of project equipment, supplies and inventory
• Handling documents in liaise with employees services (claims, leave management, etc.)
• Following up and updating of employees documents
• Administering all HR and office administration matters to ensure processes are smooth, compliant and effective
• Be a point of contact for HR and Admin-related queries
