Greet and attend to walk-in visitors in a professional manner; serve refreshments when required
Handle incoming phone call, as well as incoming / outgoing mail and courier deliveries
Monitor office supplies and ensure timely replenishment of stationery and pantry items
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for cleaning, maintenance, and general office support
Assist in meeting room setting up and arrangements
Support travel bookings, restaurant reservations, and transportation arrangements for management and staff
Assist in employee onboarding / offboarding processes, including the workstations preparation, access control setup / removal, and issuance of office supplies
Support in organizing staff functions and team building activities
Provide general administrative support to the office and management team
Requirements :
Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in receptionist or administrative support roles
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin(to liaise with Mandarin speaking staff and vendors)
