We're on the lookout for a friendly and proactive Receptionist cum Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. If you're someone who loves connecting with people, staying organized, and has a flair for marketing, this could be the perfect role for you!

Reception & Customer Service :

Greet clients warmly and manage check-in / check-out procedures.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Schedule appointments and manage the booking system.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk area.
Handle client payments and daily cash reconciliation.
Maintain customer records and feedback for continuous service improvement.

Marketing & Promotion :

Assist in creating and executing salon marketing campaigns (online and offline).

Manage the salon's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) - post content, reply to DMs / comments, and increase engagement.

Coordinate seasonal promotions, events, and loyalty programs.

Take before / after photos (with client consent) for use in social media and promotions.

Support in designing posters, flyers, and digital content using tools like Canva or similar.

Monitor marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Collaborate with influencers or local partners for promotional activities.
