Role Purpose : -
We’re hiring a strategic and execution-focused Head of Operations – SEA to lead our regional operations across high-growth markets. This is a mission-critical role responsible for delivering operational excellence, scaling regional capabilities, and ensuring seamless execution across service delivery, implementation, compliance, and customer experience.
Responsibilities we entrust you with : -
- Regional Leadership : Own and manage end-to-end operations across SEA markets, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and market adaptability.
- Operational Strategy & Execution : Develop and drive region-wide operational frameworks aligned with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, Risk, Legal, and Finance to enable market readiness and cross-border operational alignment.
- Process Innovation : Design and implement SOPs, improve workflows, and leverage automation and analytics to drive productivity and service excellence.
- Customer Experience : Champion a customer-first mindset by ensuring on-time onboarding, issue resolution, and operational support excellence.
- Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and global operating standards; proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
- People Leadership : Build and lead high-performing teams across geographies; foster a culture of ownership, agility, and performance.
- Vendor & Partner Ecosystem : Manage relationships with key service partners, logistics providers, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Performance Analytics : Define, track, and optimize KPIs; deliver insights and recommendations to the leadership team for informed decision-making.
What matters in this role : -
13+ years of experience in operations leadership roles, ideally in Fintech, Payments, SaaS, or high-growth tech environmentsDemonstrated success managing regional or multi-country operations in Southeast AsiaStrong understanding of process design, customer operations, compliance, and partner ecosystemsProven track record of building and scaling operational teams and systems in dynamic, fast-paced settingsExcellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree required; MBA preferredWhat we Value in Our people : -
