Why Join You will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our Business Continuity Management framework and operational resilience strategy, identifying and mitigating risks, and driving a culture of operational continuity across the organization. You will have the opportunity to work with senior leaders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage your expertise to drive meaningful change.

How you succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to take a proactive and collaborative approach to business continuity management and operational resilience. This involves working closely with stakeholders to identify potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. You'll need to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, and be able to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

What you do

• Drive the implementation of business continuity management policy and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential disruptions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct business impact analysis, develop and test business continuity plans
• Provide training and awareness programs to ensure stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities
• Review business continuity plans to ensure they remain relevant and effective
• Collaborate the implementation of resilience frameworks aligned to MAS BCM / TRM Guidelines, PRA Operational Resilience, and other relevant regulatory standards.
