Role Overview :
As the Sales Team Lead / Commercial Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a team of 8-10 skilled sales professionals. Your primary focus will be on driving sales performance across new business acquisition, account management, customer retention, and overall customer success. You will be responsible for setting team targets, managing performance, and ensuring that sales revenue goals are met. Your leadership and strategic vision will be key to fostering a high-performing team and achieving growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 8-10 sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive new business opportunities and maximize account revenue.
- Performance Management : Monitor and evaluate team performance, set clear targets, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
- Revenue Growth : Oversee the management of sales pipelines, ensuring the team meets and exceeds revenue targets through effective client engagement and relationship management.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team achievements to senior management.
Requirements :
Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the B2B exhibitions or related industries.
