Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Purchaser :
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage the purchasing of production materials, machinery, and forklift spare parts
- Issue and track purchase orders in accordance with internal procurement guidelines
- Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best value and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Collaborate with departments such as Production and Finance to align procurement with operational needs
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, purchase orders, supplier information, and cost analysis
- Ensure that procurement processes comply with quality, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Perform other ad hoc duties or special projects as assigned
Job Requirements :
Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial settingStrong negotiation and communication skillsMeticulous, organized, and capable of managing multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing softwarePositive attitude with a proactive and self-motivated approachAble to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamAdditional Information :
