Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Purchaser :

Job Responsibilities :

Manage the purchasing of production materials, machinery, and forklift spare parts
Issue and track purchase orders in accordance with internal procurement guidelines
Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best value and ensure timely delivery
Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to maintain optimal inventory levels
Collaborate with departments such as Production and Finance to align procurement with operational needs
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, purchase orders, supplier information, and cost analysis
Ensure that procurement processes comply with quality, environmental, and regulatory standards
Perform other ad hoc duties or special projects as assigned

Job Requirements :

Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Meticulous, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software

Positive attitude with a proactive and self-motivated approach

Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Additional Information :

Salary : Up to SGD 3,800 + AWS + VB (1 Month)

Working Location : Tuas Crescent

Working Hours : 5.5 Days Work, Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm ; Sat, 9.00am - 1.00pm
