Job Description Lead and manage Salesforce-powered digital transformation projects from inception to deployment. Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for CRM innovation and process optimization. Drive the development and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, IT, business units) to gather and document requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Oversee and mentor Salesforce project teams including developers, administrators, analysts, and external consultants. Ensure project milestones, timelines, and budgets are met while maintaining high-quality delivery standards. Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as needed. Serve as a Salesforce platform evangelist and subject matter expert within the organization. Monitor system performance, usage, and integrations, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. At least 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis : gathering and documenting requirements, stakeholder engagement, and solution recommendation. 5+ years of experience with Salesforce platform. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales / Service Cloud Consultant, or PMP / Agile certification preferred.
