OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
- Provide service or / & assistance to guests to ensure that their visit to Singapore Flyer is pleasant & memorable.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet-and-Greet guests and assist them in any way possible to make their visit a memorable one;Perform static duties such as guiding guests to purchase tickets; to the entry turnstile and to boarding for their flights;Ensure guests adhere to the safety requirements; be firm but polite;Checking tickets at entry point before admission;Coordinate the boarding of VIPs, Private Capsule guests , PSD guests, etc;Ensure the security is maintained at restricted access points;Crowd control : ensure proper queue system;Rotating shift work is required;Any other duties as assigned by superiors.QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
