Roles & Responsibilities
Are you passionate about plants and ready to grow your career in horticulture? We’re seeking a dedicated Horticultural Worker to help cultivate, care for, and prepare high-quality ornamental and aquatic plants for international export.
Key Responsibilities :
- Grow and maintain ornamental and aquatic plants in nurseries and greenhouses
- Monitor plant health and environmental conditions to meet export standards
- Prepare plants for shipment, including cleaning, packaging, and labeling
- Apply approved pest and disease control methods
- Maintain accurate records of planting schedules, treatments, and export-related documentation
- Support packing and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery
