What You'll Do :

  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and statutory standards.
  • Analyze data trends to extract useful information.
  • Prepare tender specifications for maintenance and replacement of building services.
  • Oversee and manage building / system monitoring systems.
  • Supervise contractor installation programs.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site staff to ensure quality and standard of workmanship.
  • Collaborate with team members on design concepts for new projects.
  • Work closely with the Procurement team for tendering processes.

What You'll Need :

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field from a recognized university.
  • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical and / or electrical works, preferably in commercial office and retail environments.
  • Experience in project management, finance, and contract management is preferred.
  • Negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under stress and independently.
  • Interest and knowledge in IoT and related devices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
