Position : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - IPO Readiness & Execution

Job Summary

The CFO will lead the company's financial strategy, IPO preparation, and regulatory compliance. This role involves guiding the organization through its transition to a public company, managing investor relations, and ensuring financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

• IPO Readiness & Execution : Lead transformation for IPO, develop strategy, coordinate with investment banks, legal, and underwriters, ensure compliance with SEC, GAAP / IFRS, SOX, oversee prospectus and financial disclosures, manage audits and due diligence.
• Financial Strategy & Leadership : Develop financial strategies, oversee planning, budgeting, risk management, optimize capital structure, provide insights to leadership, establish policies and controls.
• Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management : Maintain relationships with investors, lead communication, represent in roadshows and earnings calls.
• Regulatory & Compliance Oversight : Ensure adherence to reporting standards, oversee audits, manage relationships with auditors and authorities.
