Client Consultation
Understand client needs and customise at their enquires and development
Ability in delivering the client needs from initial levels to final
Conduct collaboration between client needs with factories as well as the clients themselves
Add further values on customer's customized products to stay competitive.
Sales Process Management
Manage the sales process with the assigned coordinator from samples to mass production stages
Manage customer's forecast or business demands and information
Detailing in dissolving / closing the deals
Relationship Building
Provide ongoing support to upkeep business continuitiy
Further foster partnerships on the business
Market Research
Stay updated on market conditions and industriy trends
Share feedbacks and collect comments with development teams.
Admin / Reporting and Analytics
Track sales performance and report on progress
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Doing analysis on / from the sales activities, client interactions and own result.
Manage customer's payment status and activites.
Any Other Duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications;
Good communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of English / Mandarin is essential as the full development and support teams are situated in China.
Open to positive, resilience and competitivity candidates,yet a collaborative team player, to learn and grow.
Ability in fostering stronger clientele relationships.
Detail-oriented and meticulous in handing any business situational tasks.
Minimum Education : O and above. Knowledge of Electronics / Electrical is a privilege. Only Singaporeans.
