Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
Train and guide beauty staff, plan training schedules, and motivate the team.
In charge of product notifications and registrations to meet the authority requirements
Execute field coaching, including Basic trainings, Seasonal trainings, and various follow-up trainings to Therapists and Sales Consultants, to improve business performance, customer service and enhance brand image
Develop training materials, SOPs, class presentations and training programmes
To perform any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Beauty Trainer
Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Certified by CIDESCO, ITEC, WSQ ACTA Full Certificate, WSQ SOA or any other relevant qualifications in beauty and aesthetic.
