Responsibilities :

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to various proficiency levels.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students achieve language proficiency goals.
Stay updated on language teaching trends and continuously improve teaching techniques.
Student care and discipline
Student academic progression monitoring and counselling
Invigilate, mark and record exams / assessments results
Other academic duties

Qualifications :

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.

TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification.

Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.

Passion for teaching and cultural exchange.
