Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled System Engineer to manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring system performance, availability, and security across the organization. The role involves hands-on configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of servers and networks.

Key Responsibilities :

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and network devices.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of systems and services.
Implement and manage backups, disaster recovery, and system upgrades.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across physical and virtual environments.
Work closely with security and application teams to ensure system integrity and compliance.
Automate tasks and processes using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a system engineer or similar role.

Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.

Experience with VMware, Active Directory, Office 365, and network protocols.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Industry certifications (e.g., MCSE, RHCE, CCNA) are a plus.
