Job Scope
Finance & Administrative Support - Sales and Servicing Office (Semiconductor Equipment Industry)
Prepare and issue payment vouchers
Process staff and vendor claims
Generate and issue invoices and delivery orders; maintain related logbooks
Prepare accounts receivable aging statements
Input and maintain financial and transactional data in the ERP system (SAP)
Assist in preparing audit schedules and supporting documentation
Coordinate with freight forwarders on import / export logistics and shipment arrangements for equipment and parts
Generate purchase orders and maintain the purchase order summary log
Work closely with the technical team to ensure timely ordering of parts and materials
Maintain and update backlog logs to monitor outstanding orders, deliveries, and service items
Prepare ad-hoc financial and operational reports as requested by management
Support internal and external audit requirements as needed
Assist in preparing the GST F5 worksheet and support monthly / quarterly GST filings
Qualifications
Nitec with 3 years, Diploma with 18 months exp.

Working Location : Woodlands
Working Hours : 5 days 1) 07 : 30am ~ 16 : 30pm or, 2) 08 : 30am ~ 17 : 30pm or, 3) 09 : 00am ~ 18 : 00pm
Salary Range : $2600 - $3500
