Barista / All-rounder

French Bakery / Restaurant is looking for an experienced Barista and All-Rounder.

Job Scope & Responsibilities :

• Minimum 1 year experience with free pour latte art making skills
• Able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume to keep the store operating to standard
• Able to multi-task effectively and handle different tasks independently as well as in a team
• Prepare a variety of hot / iced beverages
• Maintain drinkware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation, ensure hygiene levels are met
• Operate Point Of Sales (POS) Systems for orders
• Provide excellent customer service and answering to customers queries
• Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipates and respond to customer needs
• Follow the organization's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures
• Follow the organization's food waste management Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Execute daily operational tasks according to Company's standards (Opening / Closing)
• Maintain daily inventory supplies and order as and when necessary depending on the daily operations
• Suggest and execute areas for continuous improvement within work area
• Any other adhoc duties assigned by the Management
