Job Description & Requirements

Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of projects, or function, including developing and monitoring budgets, coordinating activities with other sub-contractors
Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines
Liaise with consultants and / or sub-contractors engaged on the project
Attend regular meetings with owner / client / contractors / sub-contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements
ldentify and comply with all applicable statutory regulatory requirements related to project
Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks
Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems
Clear communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultants, vendors etc. on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight
Review all method statement of the activities ensuring safe execution and maximization of resources used for job efficient
Prepare monthly site report updating the latest progress and planning to achieve the project milestone
Complete task as assigned by Project Manager and Project Director

Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

At least 10 years of engineering experience in the related field

At least 5 years of experience in managing civil and infrastructure construction work for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work

Demonstrated experience in managing the safety and timely delivery of large-scale projects.

In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

Willing to work at site office

Experience in LTA infrastructure project will be preferred
