Job Description Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, networks and systems to ensure optimal performance. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and disruptions. Provide technical support and training to end-users on IT-related issues and software applications. Assist in the implementation of IT projects including upgrades, deployments and migrations. Ensure security protocols and data backup procedures are followed to protect company information. Requirements Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science / Engineering or related fields. Proven experience (at least 3-5 years) in general IT support and system administration. Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting. Familiarity with IT project and vendor management as well as IT best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a proactive attitude towards technology.
