This position reports to the clinic's chief medical herbalist and naturopathic doctor and interfaces with the clients. The role is to support good customer relations, ensure continuous improvement in service standards, ensure all operational processes run smoothly and efficiently, manage inventory and orders, and provide technical support to the medical herbalist. The officer is expected to be digitally savvy and have skills in various operational processes in a clinical setting.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Process sale orders (e-store & counter) and arrange delivery (local & overseas).
- Manage inventory stock control, receipt of goods, and order status.
- Managed the booking of clients' appointments and enquiries and, with the herbalist's support, handled client concerns via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the clinic office.
- Assists the herbalist with administrative matters.
- As the key contact point for all customers, the officer is expected to deliver excellent customer relations with both new and existing clients. This aspect of the role is crucial and requires strong interpersonal skills. Assists in executing company events
