Job Title :
Project Coordinator- Immigration Services
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement Development : Collaborate with sales consultants to evaluate client eligibility and provide insights on products and immigration policies to identify and engage potential clients.
- Client Support and Consultation : Offer expert guidance to clients, addressing inquiries about products and policies. Prepare necessary documentation to ensure successful applications.
- Complaint Resolution : Facilitate the timely resolution of client complaints, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Project Promotion Contribution : Assist in developing and executing project promotion strategies aligned with company objectives and market demands by creating marketing materials.
- Additional Responsibilities : Undertake other tasks related to channel development as assigned by senior leadership.
Requirements :
Experience : Over 3 years of relevant experience.Communication Skills : Excellent proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Relationship Building : Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with sales consultants and potential clients.Problem-Solving : Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.Self-Motivation : Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Detail Orientation : Proactive and adaptable approach with strong attention to detail.Incentive Package :
