Job Title : Accounts Payable Executive

With a strong global footprint and a focus on high-mix, low-volume manufacturing, they offer a dynamic environment for professionals looking to grow their careers in finance and supply chain.

Your New Role

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, data entry, and payment processing
• Handle a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors in accordance with company policies
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to address invoice and payment issues
• Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare AP-related reports
• Maintain proper documentation and support for audit and compliance purposes
• Continuously review and improve AP processes for better efficiency and control
