Responsibilities
- Leads deal teams and represents thepany to the customer for deals.
- Responsible for assembling all required resources / skills to develop proposal, pursue and win large local and international deals
- Responsible for validating / endorsing the technical solution for the deal. Works with delivery to assure that solution design can be properly delivered.
- Develops deal timeline and ensures that pursuit team meets deal milestones and deadlines.
- Leads pursuit team in developing and substantiating a winning value proposition that meets the needs of the customer, including analysing critical business drivers and risks.
- Lead negotiations for largeplex local and international deals.
- Proactively manages all resource requirements throughout deal pursuit.
- Helps in the transition of deal leadership to permanently assigned management to ensure seamless asset transfer, personnel transfer, technology, and process adoption.
Requirements
10-15+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales, with a focus on managed services, applications, analytics, and security.Proven track record leading and winningplex, high-value deals across various industries.Exposure to Big Data, AI & Analytics is a significant plusDeep understanding of solution sales methodologies, enterprise buying behavior, and IT service delivery.Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions that deliver real results.EA Name : Alvin Lau
