Job description

Responsibilities

  • Leads deal teams and represents thepany to the customer for deals.
  • Responsible for assembling all required resources / skills to develop proposal, pursue and win large local and international deals
  • Responsible for validating / endorsing the technical solution for the deal. Works with delivery to assure that solution design can be properly delivered.
  • Develops deal timeline and ensures that pursuit team meets deal milestones and deadlines.
  • Leads pursuit team in developing and substantiating a winning value proposition that meets the needs of the customer, including analysing critical business drivers and risks.
  • Lead negotiations for largeplex local and international deals.
  • Proactively manages all resource requirements throughout deal pursuit.
  • Helps in the transition of deal leadership to permanently assigned management to ensure seamless asset transfer, personnel transfer, technology, and process adoption.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales, with a focus on managed services, applications, analytics, and security.
  • Proven track record leading and winningplex, high-value deals across various industries.
  • Exposure to Big Data, AI & Analytics is a significant plus
  • Deep understanding of solution sales methodologies, enterprise buying behavior, and IT service delivery.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions that deliver real results.
