Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits for the project team
Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports
Handle procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and proposals
Assist to admin manager for necessary documents and submission (shop inventory, passes submission, SIC arrangements, worker particulars arrangements)
Prepare project invoices and submit to clients
Maintain project documentation (contracts, change orders, reports).
Coordinate between engineers, architects, contractors, and clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Any Degree with Admin experience from Construction Sector are Weldcome
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel etc
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
