Head of Operations (CNC, Precision Engineering)

Responsibilities :

Oversee manufacturing operations across global sites to drive value creation and transformation

Optimize on-time delivery and production processes

Implement operational efficiency metrics to enable transparent and effective management

Establish view of all global production assets to enable most cost-effective global production solution for every single product

Introduce and apply LEAN / Kaizen methodology

Lead related M&A integration effort for manufacturing workstream

Take care of Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, China market

Requirements :

Diploma or degree qualification

8 years experience in Engineering background; precision, semiconductor, manufacturing will be plus

Experience with LEAN / Kaizen methodology and ability

Experience with M&A integration and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation will be added advantage

Excellent leadership skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
