Site Manager

Oversee and manage the day-to-day site operations of construction projects.

Coordinate and supervise on-site workers, subcontractors, and equipment.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Manage site logistics, including materials delivery, storage, and waste disposal.

Monitor progress against the project schedule and adjust resources as needed.

Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, and documentation.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.

Resolve any on-site issues or delays efficiently and effectively.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.

Requirements :

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Proven experience in managing building and civil construction projects.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.
