The Role
Sunset Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing initiatives for its new dining concepts launching in Singapore. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
We're looking for a results-driven marketing professional with a strong background in luxury hospitality, F&B, and lifestyle brands. The ideal candidate is a compelling storyteller and strategic thinker with excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. You will play a key role in shaping the local brand presence through innovative campaigns, media outreach, digital strategy, and high-impact partnerships-all within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing and PR campaigns for the launch and continued growth of Sunset Hospitality's dining concepts at METT Singapore.
- Execute integrated marketing strategies across digital channels, including social media, email, and paid media, to build brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications-from website content and eDMs to press materials and printed collateral.
- Align messaging and creative strategy with global brand teams while tailoring efforts to the Singapore market.
- Support the creation of promotional materials such as digital assets, media kits, and print collateral.
- Coordinate and manage photoshoots and video content; maintain an organized, up-to-date asset library.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine strategies and stay ahead in the market.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
Public Relations & Communications
Oversee local PR and marketing agencies to build and maintain strong media presence and brand equity.Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, journalists, and industry stakeholders to secure positive coverage.Collaborate on the development of press releases, media pitches, and storytelling content to support brand initiatives.Track media coverage, assess PR impact, and compile reports on brand sentiment and exposure.Event & Partnership Management
Conceptualize and execute events, brand activations, and collaborations to increase awareness and engagement.Identify and manage partnership opportunities and community outreach initiatives.Lead the planning and execution of press events, influencer activations, and VIP experiences.Digital & Social Media Leadership
Own the social media strategy for Singapore outlets, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and aligned with brand tone.Oversee all digital efforts, including SEO / SEM, email marketing, paid ads, and social platforms to drive traffic and engagement.Partner with digital teams to grow audience reach and improve campaign performance.Use data and analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and inform decision-making.Administrative
Work closely with culinary and creative teams to format, proof, and finalize menus for corporate approval.Maintain and update website content and third-party listings (e.g., Google, TripAdvisor).Produce marketing and PR reports, campaign performance summaries, and post-activation recaps.Create internal documents such as fact sheets, memos, and marketing timelines.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.5+ years of experience in marketing, PR, or brand management within the hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.Proven track record launching new venues or brands, ideally within the restaurant or hospitality industry.Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Extensive media and industry network.Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.Deep knowledge of digital marketing and performance tracking tools.Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.Passion for hospitality, food culture, and delivering standout guest experiences.About Sunset Hospitality Group :
