Job Title : IT System Engineer (Junior)

Location : Changi Airport

Working Hours : 12-hour rotating shift (Day / Night)

Salary : $2,300 + Shift Allowances

Employment Type : Full-time, Immediate Start

Eligibility : Open to Singaporeans only

Job Overview : We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our IT Operations team as Junior IT System Engineers at Changi Airport . This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those seeking to start a career in IT. No prior experience is required , and comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor critical IT systems and infrastructure in a 24 / 7 operations environment
Conduct routine system and network health checks
Respond to alerts and troubleshoot basic hardware / software issues
Provide support for IT devices such as PCs, printers, and network equipment
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors as needed
Assist in deployment and maintenance of IT assets
Maintain detailed logs and incident reports in accordance with SOPs
Ensure proper handling and tracking of all IT equipment

Requirements :

Minimum Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field

No experience required - training will be provided

Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts , including weekends and public holidays

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a critical setting

Good communication and teamwork skills

Physically fit to handle IT equipment when necessary

Able to start immediately or on short notice
