Position : Sales Account Manager (Japanese Speaking) (Job ID : 19649)

Job Description :

Manage and lead customers as account manager
Coordinate with external vendors
Communicate with Local Engineers and Staff as well as Japanese management layer
Make proposal and quotations using power point and excel
Collect customer's requirement and work with engineers to get new opportunity
Monitor project progress and performance and provide progress updates to all stake holders as project owner
Make account plans for the customer

Job Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of IT work experience with at least 3 years of sales account manager for Japanese customer

Ability to find and get new customers and opportunities

Ability to handle multiple tasks (handling some customers)

Basic knowledge of the infrastructure environment and application

Customer-oriented person with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese Language is a must as the role is required to liaise with Japanese clients
