Principal / Senior Equipment Engineer (Wet Process)

THE COMPANY

Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Semiconductor industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Principal / Senior Equipment Engineer to manage the wet process equipment in a wafer fabrication facility, reporting to the Operations Director.

THE ROLE

The Principal / Senior Equipment Engineer is responsible for :

• Own the performance, reliability, and uptime of assigned wet process equipment.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment failures.
• Collaborate with process engineering, facilities, and tool vendors for continuous improvement and tool upgrades.
• Lead preventative maintenance planning and mentor junior engineers and technicians on tool operation and best practices.
