Job Description :
- Conduct outbound calls to existing Singtel customers for contract renewals, upselling of Singtel services.
- Explain available Singtel corporate plans, promotions, and upgrade options.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain and update sales reports on a weekly basis
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and successful contract processing.
- Stay updated on Singtel products, services, and promotions.
- Adhere to company policies and telemarketing best practices.
- Build good customer experiences by ensuring quick turnaround time
Liaise with Singtel internal departments to ensure timely and smooth provisioning of service.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Diploma or equivalent.Fresher or Junior Level (less than 2 years of professional experience)Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer servicePrevious experience or knowledge in in the telecommunications industry is a plus.Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.Ability to persuade and influence potential customers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Meticulous and able to works with minimal supervision
