Key Responsibilities :

  • Market Research and Analysis : Conducting research to identify potential new markets, clients, and growth areas.
  • Client Relationship Management : Building and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential clients.
  • Proposal Development : Creating proposals, quotes, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Sales and Marketing Support : Assisting with marketing initiatives, campaigns, and sales strategies.
  • Opportunity Identification : Identifying and tracking potential business opportunities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaboration : Working with various departments and teams to achieve business development goals.
  • Record Keeping : Maintaining accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree : A degree in electronics or mechanical electronics is required to understand the complexity in IoT Advanced Manufactuirng.
  • Sales or Marketing Experience : Experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is beneficial.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are crucial.
  • Language Proficiency : English and Bahasa Indonesia are mandatory; Chinese language is preferred to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions.
  • Adaptability and Proactiveness : Ability to work independently, handle uncertainty, and be proactive in seeking out opportunities.

  • 50% of time spent travelling in Indonesia.
