Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development and Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the company’s client base.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

2. Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine sales approaches and improve offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging opportunities.
  • 3. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain long-term relationships.
  • 4. Sales Presentations and Proposals

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • 5. Reporting and Performance Tracking

  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts.
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions effectively.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
  • 6. Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to improve products, services, and customer experience.
