Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with consultants and system-wide contractors to ensure M&E works meet quality and specification standards.
- Work closely with M&E subcontractors on material submissions, approvals, and on-site installations.
- Supervise installation works and manage MEP clearances and SWC sign-off drawings.
- Attend coordination meetings and align installation schedules with construction teams.
- Support BIM updates in Revit and assist Design Manager with assigned duties.
Requirements :
Degree in Civil, Building, or Construction Management (or equivalent).At least 3 years of M&E coordination experience with LTA projects.Skilled in AutoCAD and Revit for 2D / 3D drawings.Familiar with M&E specs, layouts, and sequencing.If you are keen to apply for the position, kindly email your detailed resume in MS Word to hr@recruit-expert.com
