VP – AI Strategy & Execution (Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence)

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for artificial intelligence and driving innovation at scale? A leading global financial institution is seeking a seasoned professional to help shape and implement its AI vision.

As Vice President within the AI Centre of Excellence , you will play a pivotal role in defining the strategic direction for AI and ensuring its successful integration across the business. You will lead the end-to-end operationalization of AI initiatives—transforming ideas into impactful solutions while promoting responsible and scalable adoption.

Your Role :

Craft and deliver a forward-looking AI strategy aligned with business goals and innovation priorities.
Partner with both business and technical teams to identify AI opportunities and bring them to life.
Oversee the entire AI product lifecycle—from concept and planning through to development, deployment, and business integration.
Act as a key liaison between technical experts and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and value delivery.
Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, governance standards, and regulatory developments.
Champion an AI-first mindset across the organization through training, change management, and leadership engagement.

What You Bring :

Over 8 years of experience in a strategic or consulting role, ideally within financial services or technology transformation.

Deep understanding of AI / ML technologies, data governance, and risk management frameworks.

Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects in dynamic environments.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior executives.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced settings.

A strong interest in ethical, impactful AI and a drive for continuous learning.
