Work together with the Tender department to develop an efficient and effective design for tender submission.
Liase with project team - Follow with the project team to develop an efficient and cost effective design for construction works.
Liase with client / engineer - Follow up and provide design justification together with the project team to obtain design approval.
Monitor progress of design submission and review design for accuracy and efficiency.
Risk Management - identifying risk if any.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

At least 6 years of drafting experience in construction projects, LTA project experience would be highly preferred.

Proficient in MicroStation, BIM and AutoCAD software.

Possess good understanding of Singapore code of practices, rules and regulations for construction industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Singaporeans only.
