To manage and grow suite of Cyber Security products, technical services and other related services.
To drive service creation and service quality enhancement of its products and to increase market share and profitability by continuous product enhancements, operation improvements, and product marketing and pricing strategies.
Analyse market conditions and provide critical inputs to management for medium- and long-term business planning
Create and maintain the business cases for strategic pricing and non-standard terms and conditions
Collaborate with service delivery and operation team to ensure effective product delivery mechanism is maintained.
Support sales team to win / retain customers by providing competitive pricing and customized solution / SLA if required
Analysing potential partner relationships for the product
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
REQUIREMENTS :
Possess at least a Diploma in IT related fields or equivalent.
Applicants without IT qualification may still apply but must have at least 2-3 years of sales experience.
A good sales track record of computer networks and IT security will be an advantage
Prior experience working in distributor environment preferred
